Influencer Frequently Asked Questions
1. Eligibility & Joining Invyted
-
To be accepted onto Invyted, accounts must meet the following requirements:
Have more than 10,000 followers
Be an independent creator account
Create original content
-
If your account has not been accepted, it’s likely that one or more of Invyted’s account criteria were not met. Please note that Invyted reserves full and final discretion over which accounts are approved for the platform.
-
No, the Invyted platform is completely free of charge for all creators.
2. Offer Types & Content
-
Invyted has four types of offers Invytes, Events, Anytime and Gifting.
Invyte offers are experiences that need to be booked in advance for a specific date and time. Influencers can either instantly book available slots or request a suitable date and time. For request based offers, brands have the final say on who they accept. These are most common for upmarket restaurants, exercise classes and beauty appointments.
Event offers can either be instantly booked or need to be requested for, with the brand having final say on who attends. Our events encompass all sorts of things, including film clubs, music nights, and store launches!
Anytime offers can be redeemed by any influencer at any time in-store. Simply walk in and redeem in store to collaborate. These are most common for our cafes and fast food brands.
Gift offers need to be requested, with the brand having final say on who they send their gifted products to. Gifts will arrive at your address and can include jewellery, beauty products or drinks.
-
As a general rule across Invyted, influencers are obliged to post a minimum of 2 Instagram stories or 1 TikTok on the platform you have connected to the app.
However, for some brands, if you’re especially keen on a collaboration, you can commit to creating more content to boost your chances of being selected.
For all collaborations, you can see what content you are required to post in the Bookings area of the app. Under each booking, you’ll see your Deliverables, which will outline what you need to post for that collaboration.
-
This feature will allow you, as an influencer, to put forward what deliverables you are willing to create as part of selected campaigns.
This puts you in control. You can clearly outline the content you’re prepared to deliver. If you’re especially keen on a collaboration, you can even commit to creating more content to boost your chances of being selected.
-
You always need to tag the brand’s handle that you're collaborating with and Invyted in every post you create. If you post several stories, the tags need to be in every story. You can always find the required tags in the offer overview on the booking page.
-
Content should ideally be posted within 48 hours of a collaboration. You will receive post reminder notifications to remind you to post, although if your content hasn’t been posted within 14 days, your account will be temporarily frozen.
For gift collaborations, the posting timeframe is longer, so if content hasn’t been posted within 30 days of approval, your account will also be frozen.
-
If you accidentally delete content, you will need to re-post it. By agreeing to a collaboration, you acknowledge and accept our Terms and Conditions, which require that all social content remain on your page for a minimum of one year.
-
The minimum requirement for any collaboration on Invyted is 2 Instagram Stories or 1 TikTok. Unless you’ve agreed to post more, this is all that is required.
-
You must tag the brand you’re collaborating with and Invyted in every post. This allows us to track your content. If we can’t track it, we’ll assume it hasn’t been posted and your account will be frozen. The required hashtags and mentions can always be found in the Offer Overview.
-
Unless you’ve explicitly agreed to post on a specific platform, you can choose which platform to post on, as long as it is connected to the Invyted app.
3. Collaborations
-
Yes! We encourage you to participate in as many collaborations as you like.
-
You can see what you will receive for a collaboration in the Offer Overview under Offer.
-
This varies from brand to brand, but often the answer is yes. For Invytes, Events, and Gift collaborations, some brands enjoy working with the same creators multiple times, while others prefer not to.
Please also note that some Anytime brands limit how many times you can visit within a month.
-
We’re sorry to hear this. Rejections aren’t uncommon, so please don’t be discouraged. Persistence is key!
There are a few common reasons this may occur:
Your niche may not be the right fit for the brand you’ve applied to collaborate with
The brand may have received a high volume of applications from larger creators
Other creators may have committed to posting more content
-
We recommend:
Applying for collaborations within your niche
Committing to posting reels
Remaining persistent
Making the most of Anytime offers
-
To change the time of a collaboration, go to the Offer Overview, select Manage, choose Change My Booking, and then select your new date. Please remember that brands still need to check availability before they approve your new request!
-
Please notify the Invyted team if this is the case. Either email us at hello@invyted.com.
-
If you experience any issues with a brand’s product or service, please email us at hello@invyted.com. Be sure to describe the issue in as much detail as possible so we can investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
-
Unless you’ve explicitly agreed to post on a specific platform, you can choose which platform to post on, as long as you have over 10k followers on that platform and it is connected to the Invyted app.
4. Account Management & Technical Issues
-
If your account disconnects, you will be blocked from re-entering the app until you reconnect it. Simply follow the instructions, and in no time, you’ll be reconnected.
-
Please email us at hello@invyted.com if this happens, and we’ll get in contact with the brand to resolve this for you.
-
Email us at hello@invyted.com, and we’ll help you out. Please ensure you outline the issue you're having, alongside any screenshots.
5. Cancellations & Frozen Accounts
-
If you need to cancel a collaboration, please do so via the offer overview in the Bookings section.
Please note that cancelling a collaboration within 72 hours of the scheduled time will reduce your reliability score, which will affect your eligibility for future bookings.
-
Please email Invyted at hello@invyted.com to let us know if you forgot to cancel a collaboration, so we can help ensure your account isn’t frozen.
Please note that failing to cancel a collaboration is considered a no-show and will significantly reduce your reliability score, impacting your eligibility for future bookings.
-
No, your collaboration is still active, so please make sure you attend as planned.
-
If your account is frozen, please ensure you’ve posted the required content outlined in the Frozen Overview.
If you’ve already posted the required content and your account is still frozen, please email us at hello@invyted.com with a link or screenshot of the post along with its analytics. We’ll review this ASAP and unfreeze your account if everything checks out.
-
Occasionally, our tracking system may not correctly pick up posted content if you have incorrectly tagged a brand or posted outside the content timeframe. If you’ve already published your post and are still receiving reminders from us, please let us know. We’ll ask you to share the post link along with a screenshot of its analytics so we can verify and update our records.
